today my mom was telling me that i've been sleep talking in my sleep and that i argue in my sleep, this is freaky because when ever i'm alone i argue about the problems that i'm facing in life. and then she said that my sister woke me up to tell me to stop and i don't remember that. it like when i'm a sleep i'm out like a rock. what can i do? |

Tehehehehe I sleep talk all the time. On a band trip I took in the 8th grade, one of my roomates was a sleep talker as well. When I was younger I use to sleep walk but I don't think I've ever talked in my sleep before.

I sleep talk all the time. And apparently, when I was a
baby/infant or whatever I was playing with the phone at my grandparents
and somehow I recorded a message, and I played it back and I was
talking to myself in gibberish.

| I snore. In class. I also used to grind my teeth. And sleep talk, but I'm not sure if I do it much anymore. I like you Chimp always held everything until recently. It helps alot to get things out, you should try it. Also, like Prod, and I figured out, it is alot easier to talk about things with anonamity(sp, becasue I'm too lazy to look it up right now...). That thread where I said I wisht I would have died in that accident was the first time I had ever told anyone about these thoughts, and it helped me to get over them alot faster. Good luck. |

I have a lot of attendance problems because my parents wake me up, then apparently speak to me and I promptly go back to sleep. I have yet to recall speaking to my parents on any occasion when I've been late to school. I've also been known to shut off alarm clocks while sleeping...
Worst I ever did was snoring and drooling in class last year.. severe sleep deprivation. Also laughed hysterically after pulling an all-nighter and realizing I'd left my work on my desk at home.. Sleep = good. ------------- Is God real? You'll find out when you die.
