Don't waste your time.
Reports I have gotten from people is that their "try-outs" are try-outs in name only, and that unless you have stroke or play like Chris LaSoya, you can forget ever getting considered. Personally, I think that any Tippmann factory team should come from the pool of LOYAL Tippmanites, not the merecenaries that are just looking to get sponsored by anyone who will take them. It's not like they are going to win the World Cup or anything anyhow, so why not have people who believe in the product represent for the brand? I think that would say a lot more about what Tippmann is about (or at least USED to be about). ------------- If I flee, kill me If I die, avenge me |

Uhh why not?
Sure best length is 12" to 14" but I can hit enough with my 10" (that just sounds wrong..) and it keeps me tigher to the bunker -------------

not only is that a page fro last year, but the field went out of business. I was there to try out. Myself and Fallout Soldier were the only ones trying out with Tippmanns. However I picked up some good playing tips. ------------- http://www.anomationanodizing.com - My Site

I am captain of The Tippmann Owners Group team.
We all rock Tippmanns mainly Tippmann effects old 98 customs. Some of us especially our Co-captain Matt Trimble talk to the new and old T.E. players. We are looking for a few good players to join us on the trip to the IAO. (in PA) T. E. gets a lot for free (just FYI) They also held try outs this past march to finish up the psp tourney's. The tippmann Effect team travels a lot so unless you have a car, license, and out of school you have a 5% chance more then others to make the team when they need a spare player. ------------- www.tippmannowners.com check me out there |
