When you first joined who did you look up to. Who did you find respect in? When I first joined on one of the older forums, I made my first thread
in the regulars forum after kinda just lurking around and reading the
forum for a few weeks...Striker gave me a warm welcome, so I always

I have always been a fan of Hades, Rambino, Tae, Ejp, and Enos from the start. From being on here more often I have come to enjoy both the Smittybros as well. Although I do not agree with OS, I do respect him. Reb Cpl and a few others I forgot to mention are on the list too. |

Can't believe I forgot to mention F/A Jedi...he's the only one that's allowed to type in all caps, because it was cool when he did it, as apposed to it being annoying when the nubblets do it.
EDIT: Actually, it was more like randomly typing in all caps. And using copious amounts of exclamation points. Again, annoying when anyone else does it, cool when F/A does it. |

I never really looked up to anyone when I first joined the forum
because I was a snot nosed punk. So I got guested twice. But people I
thought were cool later on. KRL15- I wish I knew that much about pneumatics Enos- "Project Irene" enough said Patrick- Introduced me to the forum Nickman- "Happy Gilmore", plus he got me my Tribal. Hway- just plain funny in person Hells Oracle- wierdo on the forum, but cool in person (all you can eat ribs dood) I am also one of the few people on the forum to meet KRL in person. Guys like Rock Slide, Shorty, Boba, Reb, Red, Rambino, OS, Greg Smith, Hway, Patrick, TT, F/A, and Herc, it was pretty laid back. When I joined, this place was pretty much run by OMHW. I picked up a lot of respect for those guys just listening to some of their stories and advice. In particular, the guys that have always held my respect were:

So true. Good guy - I was sad to see him go. And JohnnyHopper has consistently pumped out some of the most hysterical one-liners I have heard anywhere. Some of them still get me giggling just thinking about them. :) KRL is one of the nicest guys I know, and very smart and insightful. But there are so many good and worthy people on the forum - it is unfair to single out a few, because invariably we forget many more. Shorty, Meph, Wungun - the list of worthy OGs just goes on. *me grouphugs the whole place* |
