I just bought the inline expansion chamber kit. After assembly, I screwed in my CO2 tank. Air immediatley began leaking from the area where I screwed the expansion chamber into the verticle adapter. I never had any problems before.
All the o-rings are in place, but I am missing the foregrip screw. I need help desperatley!

You could try putting teflon tape on the expansion chamber threads if a new o-ring doesnt help. The foregrip screw has nothing to do with any leaks. Are you sure its leaking from there?

The o-rings are there, but are they in good condition?   Is there any debris in the vert. adaptor keeping you from screwing the expansion chamber in tightly?

I would suggest using teflon tape on the threads and make sure you screw the expansion chamber in all the way.
