Hi. I have a tippmann 98C with a 14" J&J ceramic. When I screw in the barrel all the way in and try to shoot the gun just makes a 'click' noise as if there was no air in the gun. When I unscrew the barrel more then half way ther gun works normal and it works fine with the stock barrel. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks

The problem is that your barrel is sticking out inside too much slowing down the bolt. Take apart your gun with your barrel on and see what is getting in the front bolt's way. If the barrel isnt loose when not screwed in all the way, you can keep it like that. You can also try replacing the rubber o-ring on the front bolt with a normal tank o-ring since it is a slightly small durometer, and less likely to catch..
