what is the blue rubber part in the back end of the pro lite?  What does it do?  Dose the gun need it to work?

also there are 2 springs in the trigger one is conected to the trigger and the others broke, but at paintballgear.com they inky have the spring trigger

If the rubber part your asking about is round less the a 1/4 inch thick with a hole in the middle, then it goes between the hammer and the endcap with the drive pin and spring going through it. It's called a buffer and for the long term life of your gun, yes it is needed.

There should only be one spring on your trigger. It goes from the hook on the back of the trigger to the nearest pin lower than the mid point of the trigger. The only other spring that should be in the grip/lower reciever is for the sear (the semi flat bar). The sear pivots on the top most pin with the spring forward and attached to the pin that is roughly between the sear pivot and the trigger spring anchor pin.
