a 98 sniper will do fine if you are sharpshooting(I don't consider it sniping because I think a scope makes it a sniper and paintball guns don' shoot far enough.)
Anyway, a 98 will do almost everything an A-5 will do except rapid fire. Also it is cheaper. ------------- 20% of people understand percents and 94% don't, so keep them out of sigs |

I say an A-5 because it can shoot just as far as an 98 except it can back you up if you need some full auto action! ------------- my setup: Ion CP trigger SP Q-lock feedneck Check-it unimount 2 14" AA barrel |

Ok, if you are serious about paintball, get the A-5. It is better by far in so many ways. One, if you get in a tite situation, the A-5's firepower will get you out of it. Secondly, It WILL NOT CHOP BALLS at all almost, which will eliminate diminished accuracy and range do to a gunked up gun. Lastly, A-5 has better customization option then the 98C. ok...the a5 is much MUCH better for all the reasons everyone else said PLUS the flatline for the 98c sucs is always breaking(not to mention it looks like crap) the a5 is just an all round better gun..soo is u get the 98c well your gonna get smoked by some guy with an a5.

| a-5 has been proven the better gun, but the flatline isnt that good, its not bad either. i own a flatline and a 16" ceramic barrel and have had much better results with the 16" i have also been on the receiving end on many flatlines and they frequently fire rounds that dont break. ive been hit by a flatline at less then 20 feet and not break. range isnt everything. |
