I recently got my 98c flatline. it says to take left reciver out. well I did and a piece that looks like a deformed staple came out. not elbow release doesnt come up. I think its the elbow release spring but how do i grt it back there? I still havent gotten the d*mn cross hairs fully off. please help ASAP

It's the front sight spring. Look in the owners manual http://www.tippmann.com/support/manual/98cmanual.pdf - 98Custom manual the blown up diagram shows the attitude that it goes back in the best. It goes under the front sight, with the loop to the front and the bend in the little hole in the front sight.
