I have this stuff called "Slip Agent 6" do you think it would be safe to use on a gun? It says it's "Highly Concentrated Anti Static Silicone Blend Lubricator" -------------

How it would work with pneumatics and paint is anybodys guess. It would probably work, but unless you get it free, you would be better off with Hoppes no.9. |

Just stick with Hoppes #9. That stuff isnt really made for pneumatic moving and sealed parts, so it may not be good for the gun. Better safe than sorry. -------------

| Anything petroleum based will eat the o-rings and plastics. It also sounds like that stuff is thick or a type of dry lube that coats since it won't harm the stock or material. You need a thinner wet type lube in guns |
