is the respone trigger system worth buying. how is your rate of fire increased? Does it have at least two different firing modes? if so how fast is the semi auto?

the r/t only has one fireing mode.  It brings your ROF to the mid teens.  If you have the money and your field allows it i woud go with it.  Just make sure you have an eletric hopper or else you will chop.

1) In myopion the r/t is defiantly worth buying. If you play speedball then check to make sure your allowed to use it at your field before you buy it.

2) It increases you ROF greatly. Some people can get their r/t to be up around 20 bps. Normal would be 15 or so.

3)It technicly only has one firing mode but some consider it as 2; semi and full auto. If you're not holding back on the trigger which I guess you would consider semi auto then you could get it as fast as your finger can pull the trigger.

The R/t is great. It boosts your ROF a decent amount. Get either an egg or revvy if you dont have one. and only one firing mode.

The RT makes your gun full auto when it technicaly isnt, but you can also shoot semi whenever you wish. With practice they are pressure sensitive and crank out anywhere from 1bps- 15+bps. With some mods you can get it over 20. Heres a video of mine doing 20+ http://www.silentechostudios.com/My98CustomRT - http://www.silentechostudios.com/My98CustomRT

Its illegal in tourny's because it has "trigger bounce"

The E-Grip is a sear tripper and is allowed in tourny's. It has a few different firing modes but only semi auto is tourny legal. Yes its worth the money. You can find it for just $99 at www.countypaintball.com

Here is the definitive R/T answer:

If you are going to be entering tournies, don't buy it.  If your local field doesn't allow it or the E-bolt for the type of game you play, don't buy either.  If you play freestyle pick-up games and woodsball... BUY IT!!!  It will be awesome!  Your friends might whine, but to bad for them.  The R/T has infinite setting, from very slow to ripping!  You shoot semi just like you do know... pull past the sweet spot and release, but if you pull to the sweet spot and hold, it will rip off rapid fire at varying BPS depending on where you have the valve screw set.  When you pull to the sweet spot, you are allowing a cylinder to fill that pushes the trigger back against your finger, and the trigger will bounce back and forth between your finger and the constantly filling cylinder.  It runs off exhaust gas, so it should not cause much if any noticeable reduction in shots per tank.  Go to a local pro shop and ask if they will let you dry fire a 98c or A5 with one installed.  It takes some practice and finesse, unlike an E-bolt which any doorknob can use.  It is as automatic as any e-bolt and banned many places because it can exceed an e-bolts rate of fire.

Sounds like you would be more interested in the Ebolt or the Egrip.
Ebolt for the 98c, Egrip for the A5. It depends what gun you have.
