Theres a guide on it in the sticky.

In a nutshell you take a dremmel and cut new groves to unsrew them and replace them.

You can order new screws from tippy or you can take them to your hardware store and have them match them for you.

do what Darur said. cut little slots to a flathead screwdriver will get them out. i don't know how soft the screws actually are but if you don't have a dremmel or something like that,  you might be able to  pound a very small, sharp flathead into it. sharpen i on a grinding wheel so it charp like a chisel. then hammer it in slowly, be careful the nothing breaks, like the plactic tigger handle. it might work, but as a last resort

You could buy an extractor bit too. Or get JB Weld and an extra allen wrench and bond it into the hole and let it dry, then unscrew it. Cutting a slot works very well too.
