Well you guys didn't like my http://www.tippmann.com/players/forum/wwf77a/forum_posts.asp?TID=132094&PN=2 - original setup of my Custom Pro E, but gave me a few pointers to make it look better .... so here it is :
I know I'm going to get it for that scope, but I just was wondering what you guys thought (scope aside, if you please) and wouldn't mind some rankings. Thanks alot guys .... -------------

scopes arnet realy that good. dont buy it just for that. buy it for the other things...like that sick hopper set up. ------------- I'm not going to call the hospital, because you won't learn anything if I do.

Personaly i really like the scope it gives it a Sniper type look that looks really sick! i want one like urs, and i like the foregrip. I want a rocket cock on my gun. Qloader is cool there too. Scopeinmyopinionisverycoolrating:10/10 good job -------------

i like it a lot if ur going for woods get a stock and a raised sight rail but if ur going for speedball then ditch the scope make sure ur good at changin them pods and it should be all good ------------- Building an Evil Empire... One piece at a time :) |

Its pretty good. I know you hear this alot, but get rid of the scope! Why the heck would you want it anyway? As for KKK up there, looks are honestly for idiots when it comes to a gun. That is, unless your gun is already as good as it's gonna get. I would never buy a gun based on looks or ever buy something just makes my gun look better as long as there are things to buy that will help the performance. Only problem with that is that it will make it a little to front heavy, and I dont like holding the front of the gun up

I like it alot even with the scope.I'll give you a 10/10.I'm still working on mine looks like its going to be awhile But I did manage to paint one of the bew black 98s I ha under the bed still in the box.I hope to get an exspansion chamber and a new barrel on my Pro E soon.I thought I would like the Tru Flight 14" barrel but its ok I want one that I can really tell a differance in performance.Not that the 11'' Tippmann barrel is bad,I just like the longer Barrels. ------------- http://img139.echo.cx/my.php?image=10011370qo.jpg">

i'd give it a 8/10 w/o the scope, its an awesome gun, but the location
of the Q-loader will give u a larger profile, i understand why you
wouldnt want it under the barrel though, i dont like front heavy guns
either, but i'd rather have a front heavy gun that one with a large
tube sticking out on the side, definitly would stick out when doin
pop-shots from a bunker, i LOVE scopes on paintball guns, dont listen
to what everyone else says, they dont know what the hell they're
talking about, i have a scope on my gun and it works perfectly for me,

I think the Pro E is a mistake but my personal opinion aside you got a nice lookin gun 9/10 i hate q loaders though so bulky what a waste -------------

Personally for electronic Tippy's, I'd rather have an A-5 with E-grip, but that's just me. I use a scope on my gun, and found that if I place some rubber under the back scope mount, I can point the scope downward a little, which compensates for the drop that paintballs take in flight. If I were you I would do my own thing, that's what its all about. How is that Q-feed treating you? I think that makes it great. I know you are getting heat about the scope. For a "sniper" look you need a bigger scope like for a high power rifle, not a .22 one. For paintball your shots are limited to less then 100 yards and if you cannot do it faster with iron sights at this range then you do not deserve a scope. Scopes are for target rifles and long distance shooting, of which in paintball there is none. The drop is so noticable in paintballs, do any of you adjust your BDC for those shots? If you have your heart set on a scope then get a pistol scope with a long eye relief and low magnification, then set it on the tip of your barrel in place as a front sight. This "scout" set up is great for leading a target since one eye tracks and the other focuses through the scope. If you change your mind but still want optics get an aimpoint. ------------- Think and give them all you have from the beginning, and never weaken! |

The q-loader doesn't stick out as much as it looks, it sticks out about as much as your arm would holding the gun ....
I don't actually use the scope for aiming, I use it for that little extra zoom when you think there is someone in that bush in the distance. I just got that scope because It was cheap, and gets the job done, and if it gets hit and breaks (which is unlikely because its more stream line then bigger scopes) then I don't worry about it and by a new cheap one ..... -------------

this setup was my original plan for my gun, then I changed it to the whole center align thing, so I did this to see how that set up would be, and its not to bad ... -------------

But then he wouldn't have a Tippy! Duh. I love that gun, both setups actually. I think I like the second one better, just because I like having a stock and I play woodsball. I don't really like the scope, but hey, if thats what you like, fine. Wouldn't be nice to at least have a larger feild of view though? I personally like aimpoints or red dots, they work great. I agree that a larger field of sight would be nice. This cheap piece gets the job done though. To buy the q-loader and more information on it you can just go to : http://www.qloader.com - www.qloader.com I have to say, that with the q-loader you have to be smart in order to use it, not a genius, but just have some common sense, you will have to read the directions to the letter. Luckily they have updated the system to make it a bit more idiot proof. I do recommend it though. -------------
