How long did it take to get yours?

From placing the order to picking it up at the door?

I recieved a confirmation email saying that they may take up to 3 weeks to even ship the thing...and they are in california (I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada....which is clear across the continent).

Seems like half assed customer service to me...

Thats why you dont buy directly from the manufacturer. Its much easier to go through an online store.
