I know that this subject has been probably been posted trillions of times but im to lazy to search.  So.....the A5 is nice in my opinion with the cyclone feeder.....but the 98 custom seems like the same gun as the A5 minus the feeder.  Now my friend just got an A5 and he is arguing with my other friend who has a custom pro which is basically a 98 custom but with a drop forward, double trigger, and a 11'' werks barrel. I say that Tippmann wouldnt make a new gun(the A5) and have it be carppier than previous models...SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

custom pro. smaller, lighter, less parts, easier to clean and take apart, easier to upgrade, polished internals.

Yeah i dont really mind not being able to switch hoppers or not.  I would be happy with only one hopper for my gun.

theres way more cosmetic upgrades for the A5. More personalization options.

Why dont you just go play with both moddels and decide for yourself?

Well i have played with both and i like the way that the 98 custom feels and looks. Im NOT saying that the A5 is ugly but i just dont like the front grip on the A5.  I like the angled look on the 98 custom.

I mean i like the 98 custom too its just that the a5 is newer and just came out so im leaning towards that.
