General Maude. A great mentor, and a good friend. He drove my mom home when my best friend shot himself. She was breifing him. And came in crying when she was told the news. He drove her home from Ft.Belvoir. Great man.

I don't like her, but for once the song was in context-so it was OK.
Good movie-strong invocation of emotion in it-'specially the police and fire vehicles that were destroyed at the scene. A girl in my middle school in 2001 was the grand-daughter of the New York Fire Chief, who died when the Towers collapsed on his truck. We planted a tree for him, as well as the other victims of the 9/11 attack. Our town also built an arboreutum to honor the people who died in the towers, as well as at the Pentagon. 2 or 3 of the people who died at the Pentagon were from our community, and a couple hundred of the people who died in the Towers were from our community-we stuck all their names on bricks in there. Anyway. |

I was in D.C. on 9/11, I also knew people who died. And becuase of all the confusion I thought for a while that my Dad was dead, I thank God that I was wrong. Well he's right that the Arabs hate us a lot because we support the Jews, but that doesn't make Jews bad people or something like that. We support them because we believe in their cause-whether it's wrong or right doesn't actually matter anymore, seeing how we already stole land from the Arabs and gave it to them, then gave them tons of weapons and help clearing their area of unwanted people. Certainly not the best decision the UN made, and our supporting them didn't make it any better either. The whole Middle East conflict is screwed up the wazoo(I can't believe I just used that word...but I did, so there).
Speaking of Rwanda, anyone seen Hotel Rwanda? Good movie-it was(and is) really sad that the US has totally ignored the conflicts in Africa(other than Somalia, which we only went into because we were protecting our interests, and which we pulled out of after we actually got a fight on our hands). |

You know why it doesnt make sense to go into Iraq because of terrorism? Because they are unrelated. Saddam was a problem before terrorists struck US soil. He was lying to the US and killing and torturing his own people. And gas bombing kurds. Iraq isnt really a country. Its a series of tribal systems with a flag, these system are united losely by business dealing and political issues. It was basicaly the tribe of Tikrit, the Bath Party and the Sunnies that had power.
Ever heard that theory how history repeats itself? I see another Rwanda if we are not careful. A minority had all power before, now the majority has power. I see reparations for decades of abuse soon if we arent careful. And yes, Hotel Rwanda is a good movie. Im going to be proud to help protect the world from cowards who murdered those innocent people. Every single last person who was killed, I'll be thinking about when I get my Canadian ass hauled to Iraq to help the US. They wont get away with it. And I swear, I will have the person(s) responsible in my sights..No one screws around with peoples lives like that. Being an ally, I will be happy to help get the heartless who commited this horrible crime.. I swear, let me have the chance to go there before I go to Korea..Let me be of use. Do you watch the news at all? The US didn't go after Iraq for terrorist. It was because of WMD. And if they didn't have a government then why would they hold elections? Even though they held elections they were still under a dictatorship which is a form of government. -------------

War is getting out of hand. Korea and nukes. Not good, they're under a communist government. We had nukes on my base for NATO to protect northern united states and Alaska. And we still patrol the ocean for soviet / korean subs. I live on an Island off of Vancouver..We search for subs and we had silos filled to the brim with tactical missiles with nuclear warheads. Not a good sign. Then, 9/11 happens. My dad was close to going to Iraq, my dad's buddy actually went. I have a picture of the Aircraft from my base actually..Step dad's buddy in in the picture.
That's the Canadian Lockheed CP-140 Aurora. US has them aswell, but they asked to use ours because they have newer equipment and infared. We rigged them to fire air to land misslies instead of torps. A man actually died over there from here, Mark Isfeild..Good guy, I can imagine. Kinda sucks how some people think we're not doing anything though, and yet people here are getting killed over there.I guess CNN dosn't cover the deaths of Canadian PPCLI, RSR and JTF-2 members..Sucks when you know your dad's going to be riding around and could be shot at any moment..He's fought 8 years too long. But, I'll be going there as PPCLI, then to Korea as a JTF-2 member. The elite Canadian counter terrorism unit..

first off let me state that its commonly called the war IN iraq. not ON iraq. were fighting the insurgents who just happen to be in iraq, were not fight iraq itself.
anyways, i was wondering if anyone noticed all the cats in the explosions? like in the on right after you see the plane crash into the building you see a cat's face in the explosion and the next one too. i'd also like to say that i much preferred the video that one guy made when he found out about 9/11. he said "i was just so unbelievably mad when i found out what happened, i just had to do something to get out my rage" or something like that. he made a video of a bunch of terrorists being blown up, it goes for about 7 minutes and its great to watch when you're full of hate. -------------

in Iraq—or "nuking" the entire Middle East—right now, Scarface. The

No, this thread went very wrong from post number one. Showing the twin towers getting leveled and trying say that is why we are fighting in Iraq is misleading. You may want to do some reading before you gallantly enlist to to go fight for my freedom and way of life and all of that other hype that the Prez and his boys are feeding you. Your sacrifice is unwanted in this situation. |
