My first question is if it would be possible to mount a 6-position switch on the gripframe that would be adjustable on-the-fly (ala the fire selector switch on an mp-5).

And if so, anyone know where i could get a 6-position switch that would be small enough?

If you do do it, keep in mind that you will be mauled if you try to enter a tourney with it.

Yes, it is possible. You could unsolder the factory switch from the stock location, place it in a more convenient place, drill a hole through the frame, and epoxy in a selector lever. You would have to use wires soldered to the switch, and the circuit board where the switch was previously attached.
