I don't have pants for a PB game so can I use shorts? i mean I had some but they ripped so can I use shorts or is there a rule against it I never reall thought about it until now... -------------

Well it's because to have them you need a high arch in your foot... because when you step and land the arch pulls and yanks on some muscles thus creating an immensely painful rippng and tearing feeling but thats just the first time after awhile your arch either changes or you get used to it IDK which one... -------------

i have a low arch and i have them sometimes.its also a weakness between the calves and shins.icing,ibuprofen help the pain go away.i also believe it is caused by wearing big clunky running shoes with so much cushining.when really it weakens the foot and can cause injury.running barefoot is the way to go

played last weekend a big tough guy football player dude played with sleeveless shirt on, he left with huge bleeding welt on his upper arm thanks to my tippy at approx 50'. was aiming at center mass oops hit him in arm gun chronoed at 265. no matter how tough all american football player, worlds strongest man, ect. a bleeding welt is gonna hurt like a  . it can be 85* outside and i play with a long sleeved flannel. but it's your skin you can abuse it as you see fit.------------- http://img76.imageshack.us/my.php?image=stickemup6of.jpg">

I've played in shorts before. I ripped up because of the gravel. And girls get turned off by sliced up legs. Also, if you wear a cup, make sure no one looks up your pant leg when you lie down. BIG TURN OFF. |
