i have a shot to get a used in nice condition for 450 a gz timmy,
though the Ion i can get same price w/ ups new which do you think
is the better deal.

get the timmy they are very fast and reliable, it's a higher end marker the ion is more intirmidiate.

Yeah, go with the GZ man. It may not look nice, but they shoot way better. Not sure how hard they are to maintain.

actually i like the looks a little, i mean ion isn't exactly pretty and i
don't like the plastic shells.

yea well thank you, though about speed rebound not mentioned,
how is the speed on both, note since i play scenarios i don't use
ramping.

well the issue is i can only find a GZ for 450 which is my price range
i'm buying this at a local proshop.

Please tell me you're kidding...an Timmy versus an Ion???

Obviously, a timmy is much better than an Ion,and much more professional. Plus you'll get more props and not mention sound cooler when you say "I shoot a timmy" instead of "I shoot an Ion"

you might have trouble with Bounce on older timmy's, actually all classics and GZ's, old or not, have that problem

Get the ion unless the gz has mad ups. If the gz doesnt have a clammy, defenitely dont get it.

timmys own ions any day dude. all you need is a WAS board and you will easily outshoot any ion
