I don't know what to do.

I have a Tippmann Model 98, and my gun has gotten pretty dirty and it really needs to be oiled. Problem is I can't even turn the screw right next to the safety AT ALL.

I've gone through 2 Allen wrenches with this ting. I have spent atleast 2 hours whole try to unscrew this thing. I've even tried holding the allen with a nut wrench and NOTHING will get it unstuck.

Is there anything else I can try or am I screwed? (Please ignore the pun)

Well, my first bit of advice is to take better care of your gun . . .

Grab a bottle of WD-40 and spray it on that one screw and let it soak for a while.  Also, is the head stripped or is it still intact?

Any lubricant similar to it should work

OUCH how did you fix that Hades? to remove a screw that has been overtightened or neglected first try the penetrating oil, if nogo then move to more drastic measures. the bolts on the 98c's are 10-32 wich is a 3/16 bolt so take a drill bit that is 2 sizes over a 3/16 wich is 7/32 lay your marker with bolt heads up on a hard surface so it won't damage it and it won't slide arround (you may choose to clamp it so it dosen't slide) take your 7/32 bit in a drill and drill off the head yes i said drill off the head because the drill is a larger diameter than the screw this process removes the head. when the head of the screw starts spinning STOP the drill any further drilling will result in disaster! right Hades now seperate the halves, you will see the remainder of the bolt sticking out put a pair of vise grips on it try to turn it out. Still no luck don't panic tippmann saved your butt on this one take a hammer and tap on the bolt sticking out this will drive the nut out the back side now you just have to head to your local hardware store to replace the nut and bolt when replacing the nut add a dab of loctite to hold it into the hole don't get any on the threads or you'll get lots of experience with this method good luck pm me and let me know how it turns out

My solution to fixing it was buying a new reciever halve.

At that point I just wanted the darn screw removed and I accomplished that.
