I dunno if buffing the gun can make it shoot better, or if it can mess up the gun somehow, by making to much room around the bolt to move around?

If you take too much off when posishing the internals it can mess up your gun.

Some people say it helps to polish them, some people say i makes no differece.

I noticed a differance. It just cocks smoother and can speed up your RT.

Going too deep wouldnt hurt anything. Just dont use heavy grit sandpaper and you dont have to worry.

Actually it can hurt. Too much space will give internals too much room to move and this could cause them to rattle apart at high speeds, or wear down faster.

Polishing your internals will make your gun run a lot smoother. Once it gets shiny silver thats enough. You might have some inperfections in the metal still but don't go crazy trying to get rid of them.
