I was just taking my Pirahna apart (I am trying to sell it, but it has a leak, so the only thing of value on it is the electronic grip, which shoots relatively quick) and was wonder if I could just tear the grip apart, take out the parts, and mount them in my 98 Custom to make an egrip from what I have.  I know that it sounds crazy, but I was just wondering if anyone has tried this before and if they could give me some advice.

Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

not really. I was one misordered solenoid awayfrom having the first A-5 e-grip. I still have the board downstairs.

It sounds like a cool idea.  If you do decide to try it, post it in the marker gallery.

Almost any sear tripping e-trigger can be mounted to a a5. You may have to modify the sear slightly though.

You could also try that on a 98.

I'd like to see him follow through with it. So if you do send me a pic of finished product and video if you can.

BTW it is a 98. Guy, could you send me a pic of what you did, or at least a description?  I think I should think this through for a while before even starting on it.

Are the electronics the same as a spyder's? If they are...Good luck.

Ive tried with a spyder e-trigger but the inards are too different.

It's very possable.  Try it, you might get a kick A fast shooting marker that shoots 40 bps (probably more around 15).

I am still tring to find a way to fit the electronics in the 98 without breaking open the grip just yet.  If I can sell it, then I will sell it rather than trying this project, bucause  my experience in home-made mods is limited to just a few simple things.
