We just got beaten here pretty badly too (upstate NY)
Severe thunderstroms, high, damaging winds, and theres more to come. It came out of nowhere really. I knew there was a t-storm watch, but it really came up on us out of the blue. It was hot and hazy one minute, then in a matter of seconds it was awesome.
I had to run back from class in it....I looked like a drowned rat.

It's summertime in Alabama. 90 degrees with 95-99% humidity with a few clouds in the sky. 10 minutes later it's pouring down rain and there are tornado/thunderstorm/flash flood warnings all over the state. Gotta love it.

It's been raining on and off since last week here in FL. Getting hot and humid. Welcome to the rainy season. I love it when it rains, bad for my line of buisness, I need a good drought to get work.

right after I logged off at about five, a freak thunderstrom pile drived heavy winds into our house (we have a field behind us and the wind just rips right through it). it took off some shingles, but that 's nothing compared to the bad weather elsewhere.
