Isnt there a manual that comes with it?

Have you tried shooting with it with paintballs in it?

A friend of mine had a similar problem that was cured when he took his halo B apart and cleaned the whole thing out. He's pretty sure it was just the eyes but a full cleaning doesn't hurt.

Check to see if the drive cone is jammed. If it doesn't move or feels sluggish, take the hopper apart per Odyssey's directions on their website. Things to check for would be stripped gears or the tabs on the motor being bent too far in. The tabs are connected to the brushes for the motor and can jam the motor shaft if bent wrong.
