Hey Guys,

Fairly new to paintballing, and have recently purchased an A-5.  I love it so much I sit on the toilet with it and listen to the trigger tick away as I fire it...That always goes over well with the girlfriend when I leave it on the toilet tank!

Anyway, my question is:  I've seen people putting Double Triggers on their A-5's; however, I'm unsure as to what purpose they actually serve.  If it is a matter of missing the trigger with your finger, thus making the trigger larger, then I don't have that problem.

Are there other advantages to such an upgrade that I am ignorant to?

Many Thanks!

Chris.

Some poeple find a double trigger more comfortable.  For eletric guns most of them have double triggers so you are able to "walk" the trigger and reach higher rates of fire.  If you want to shoot fast on your e-grip people would probally recomend a double trigger.

Unless you have the E-Grip, the double trigger won't really do much for you.

Chris, man if your sit on the crapper with it now, Get a JCS dual trigger and you will sleep with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!The JCS will allow you to get your trigger about as light as a mouse click. I did not belive it until I tried it myself. You will be amazed at your new ability to walk your A-5.

Well,

I now know what "walking" your gun means.  I guess if your trigger was so light, and with two fingers, you could almost make it fire faster than on fully automatic?

I piss my girlfriend off (accidentally of course) by leaving my gun on the toilet tank...I'm sure the day I brought it to bed she would most certainly leave me....Hmmmm....More time for paintballing...Hmmmm!

Thanks for your replies guys!

Chris.

A double trigger is supposed to work like this:

Say you can pull a single trigger seven times a second. With practice, you can get your middle finger to also pull seven tmes. You add those two together, and now you can shoot 14 times a second. Thats walking's basic concept. A triple trigger is just plain crazy.

I had a double trigger on my 98 Custom, you can't walk the trigger very well with the hard of a trigger pull, maybe if you had e-grip and no return spring like i do on my impulse . . . .
