Yes you can, but because the bore of teh stock barrel is so large it still won't be very accurate. You need a good paint-barrel match for best accuracy.

Get a J&J Ceramic. They are about $30 bucks. They are so smooth they are practically self cleaning. It's about half the price of a case of paint. Get the barrel and only buy a half case next  time!!!!

$30 is $5 more than I spend on a case of paint.

The stock barrel on the custom pro is very good at accuracy, but when a ball breaks it is a must to squeegie the barrel. When you shoot out of the werks barrel (stock custom pro barrel) when there is paint that has broken inside, the balls are terrible at going straight. You won't get many barrel breaks though, I haven't had one barrel break. The only problem I had was that the balls, I had, didn't feed fast enough because out of the box, they were easy to squeeze.
