Someone mentioned a gear in the A-5 cyclone system them broke on him at his field and now he carries extra with him what's the gear called?

That would be the ratchet in the Cyclone. Part #02-53

It could actually be a few things....but the ratchet is most likely to go.

Never had any problems with my cyclone in 2 1/2 years of use.
