Response trigger is a piston behind the trigger that resets the trigger.

Reactive is a mode on the E-bolt/grip that makes it shoot 1 ball on the pull and another on the release.

Ok, most of the time is is called a Responce trigger.  The Responce trigger will use excess gas to reset the sear and help you fire faster.

Also, you might here of the Responce trigger on the E-bolt, but that fires one shot on pull, one on release.

so the response trigger for the 98 custom just bounces the trigger back into place really fast?

and the one on the e-grip shoots once pulling and releasing?

And when it bounces the trigger back, you can hold it in its "sweet spot" and you can fire pretty fast.
