It's actually 68ci/4500psi. The 68 is cubic inches. 4500 is pounds/square inch.

I've heard that the Ion has excellent results with a 68/4500.

Well how long are your arms?  I dont suggest a 68ci if your a pretty small guy, 45's work much easier to manuver with.

The ION is LP, but you want a high-output HPA tank. 68 means cubic inches which is how much room the tank is inside, and 4500psi is the max fill pressure. The more ci and max pressure you have, the more shots youll get from it. a 68/4500 on an ION should get you around 1200 shots.

The ion is low pressure but it would work on high pressure though I wouldn't reccomend it. The stock ION reg is not very good and would work better on low pressure output.

It is your choice.

I would recomend a good tank.

My teammate uses my Crossfire 68/4500 tank and it runs amazing. It might be a little more consistent with a low pressure output tank but not that much of a difference.

His regulator dials the pressure from my tank (850psi) down to 180psi with no problems!

It can also operate on anti-syphoned co2 as well!

I don't think the reg is that bad if it can operate on two diiferent air sources and still operate at under 200psi.

Do your homework before speaking up!
