Best interneals for your tippmann are the ones that come stock.

Don't fix what isn't broken.

-------------
A-5
E-Grip
JCS Dual Trigger
DOP X-CORE 8 stage x-chamber
Lapco Bigshot 14" Beadblasted

Optional setup:
R/T
Dead on Blade trigger

Barrel.

It also has to do with paint-barrel match and the consistancy of your air source.

The bolt has very little to do with accuracy. It's like blaming the seats in your car for poor handling.

so an x-chamber would improve my consistancy?

Yes. An expansion chamber would do great, but for better results look into a palmers stabalizer.

Dont get a new bolt! Get a new barrel first, or turn down your velocity, or just clean it before blaming bad accuracy on anything else. An expansion chamber will help with consistancy, but its most likly something else causing bad accuracy.

Yup you can be shooting hot as well. Make sure you are shooting between 275 - 285 bps. I find anything higher than that the balls go crazy. Plus you can also hurt someone, break a lense....

Make sure you match your barrel to paint. To test this is easy. Stick a paintball in your barrel if it rolls out = too small. If it goes in, try and blow it out using your mouth. If it doesn't come out, or gets stuck = too big. For a perfect match you should be able to blow the paintball out using your mouth.

Also make sure the barrel is clean and not oily inside.

I had a star fire bolt and noticed no difference in performance.

Make sure your not using bad paint. You know the paint that looks like a paint egg and not a paint ball.

That sucks. High humidity + high temps = looney.

I should be getting a dose of your woes on friday; thunderstorms are supposed to roll in while the temp hovers around 100.

Yay!

If 32 degrees works fine, don't switch.

32*s paint isn bad at all. If its working good for you keep it. If you want to try somthing else, try Draxxus.

If a new bolt can make things worse then there is certainly an opportunity to make things better than stock. The Star Fire bolt seems to consistently break paint when used with a Flatline barrel, otherwise it may be little different than the stock forward bolt.

I am now using  the Shocktech Delrin bolt on an aluminum gas tube. The movement of the bolt on the tube is clearly smoother, when moved with a finger, than the stock parts. Whether this has any impact on real performance, I don't know. I like the lubricity (slickness) of the Delrin.

As for the opinion that the stock parts are perfect, then why do most people buy new barrels? If the marker's stock parts are perfect then why do many people polish the internals? The Tippmann is a mass produced sales item. It makes the necessary profit for the company as it comes from the factory. There is always room for improvement that could only be done by a custom shop preparation or a conscious tinkerer. I see less plumes of gas leakage around the bolt and gas tube with this part. It may not really improve the marker, but it makes me more comfortable with my marker's operation.
