I used to play Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind but, it just got old after playing it to death for like a year. I was an elf. With tons of cool weapons and armor and stuff.

MMORPGs are cool, but I never have the time for them. Wish I did. Wish I wasn't interested in so much else.

Its no MMO, it is made how single player RPGs are supposed to be.

Yup. Nothing beats EverQuest though.

I just got back into playing it, I still have to finish installing all the expansion packs.

World of Warcraft is good too. But it got old fast, I've stopped paying the monthly fee for that.

Loved it. I have edler scrolls III for xbox. I would make some guy, then go around killing people. I used to own the majority of the houses in Balmora. I was working on some other town, then I just stopped. Now I play guild wars.

Do you guys remember Ro Vir? That tiger/cat thing that tries to sell you stuff. Don't ever buy anything from him. Just bash his face in and steal his house. He has alot of weapons, plus a bed. What's not to like?

I played the GOTY edition for the X-Box. Finished the main quest, then did the two expansions. Pretty good game. I ended up being the guildmaster of the thieve's, fighters, and mages guilds, as well as the head of House Hloran.

Don't kill the merchants. If you do, then there'll be nobody to buy your stuff. Eventually though, you'll have stuff that is worth more than anyone can afford to pay.

Why kill when you can steal?

I still remember (like a year ago), I wanted to boost my running skill, so I put rubber bands on the thumbsticks (xbox) and walked away .

I hate that it freezes so much though, I heard that Oblivion is smaller, so it won't freeze, yay!

Oblivion looks amazing.

Oblivion is bigger, but freezing shouldn't be as much of a problem. Another bit of good news is that fast travel is returning from Daggerfall. A lot of people are complaining about it, but you can only FT to places you've already been to anyway. The ability to have a horse will make getting there much easier. Oblivion should be out in time for Christmas.

So far I own two of the three current TES titles; I have Arena and Morrowind ( + expansions), and I'll have Oblivion, and I've been trying to get my hands on a copy of Daggerfall, which I played regularly a few years back until my brother snapped the disk in half. I could go on for hours about how awesome that game was. It really makes me mad that my brother broke the disk, because the game's somewhat rare now. I'll just be hovering around E-Bay like a vulture until I have the money to buy it.

Here's the Oblivion trailer if anyone's interested:

I have it because it came in a multi pack. I personally hate the game, I found it pointless, so I just took it out of the XBOX and put it away

*dusts off the dust on the cover* It's ElderScrolls III

I played it for a day, then got bored, busted out the cheats, played for a few more days, got bored, sold it to my friend, then used the money to buy some Dye Lock Lids.

I played through a couple of times with a Dark Elf assassin, completed most of the quests for almost all of the guilds then left off for awhile. I came back to it later and made a pilgrim to enjoy the setting and look into some of the books. And next I made Zoul. Zoul has a strength of 5,000, and the rest of his stats are much higher. He has a jump spell to get around the island quicker, and once I went from my first visit to Balmora to go pay a visit to Mr. Big Bad in the mountain and had to pump my strength up to 10,000 to hit him hard enough to kill him. Apparently it's pointless unless you've completed the main quest though.

I love that game. I replayed a lot when the Game of the Year edition came out, and my fiance even likes to play it. She steals everything and sells to Creeper. She's got well over 2,000,000 gold without cheating once.

I'm gettin' pretty big into the MMORPG's right now. The only thing I don't like is the montly fee! I mean if it was only $50 a year like XBL then that would be alright but not 150!

Ehh, that's the problem with MMO games, you get addicted, then you have to pay the $15 a month fees, because you can't put the game down.

MMO's are self-destructive.

With the monthly fee, they make you feel obliged to play it enough to get your moneys worth. But if you play it "enough" it usually ends up being too much.

You lose both ways, it's either a loss of money or a loss of life.

I played it heavily during about a 2 week period.  It was a great game.  My brother got it from one of his friends for a birthday present.  It eventually got old though... and it sucks when youget really bored and just go around and kill everyone cause then there's nobody left and you just walk around...

I remember I got some sword from a guard tower in... Balmora maybe it seems to ring a bell, it was pretty cool... yeah

I used to go to the really fancy shops. You know, the ones with the guards in the corner, then smack the guards in the face with my sword and it was on. I'd win sometimes, and lose others.

I remember the first time I got the guts to try and beat down an Ordinator in Vivec. All that shiny armor was just a front. That guy went down so easy. Then it was like an addiction, and the rest of them get mad when you're wearing their armor.

I'm currently building a big walled city on an island. I want it to be more "alive" than the rest of the cities in the game, also, it's more Medieval European style than the other cities.

So far, I have a few rows of houses, most of them without interiors right now, a graveyard with a crypt that I'll have leveled undead spawns in, an Imperial Cult temple, a Tribunal Temple, a tavern, a blacksmith shop, and a prison. I'm working on chapters of the Fighter's Guild and Mage's Guild, that I'll have plenty of extra quests for. I also have docks with ship travel to and from Gnaar Mok, and a working city gate. I relied on a lot of other people's mods for the city.

As far as NPC's, I have a few shopkeepers, a few commoners, and a couple city guards wandering around.

You will have to let me DL it when its done. I am working on an Argonian base camp outside Seyda Neen. The guards script keeps them from caring if i kill anyone but argonians. I may add quests later.

I'm a Kajiit Assasin with Snow Wolf Armor. If you play morrowind and have a good computer its worth it to get it on the comp with the construction set. I really wish they coulduv made the construction set for Xbox. I know it would have been odd seeing as its meant to be a computer program but then if they took the time to make it for Xbox it would have really boosted sales.

btw if any of yall want to see Morrowinds roots go here and you can Download Elder Scrolls Arena for free http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/downloads_games.htm - http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/downloads_games.htm

My chief gripe with Morrowind on the x-box was that there were too many cliff racers. I hate those things. If they cut that population in half I'd be happy, or if they had a different flying creature.
