Recipe for good spam. Take can, open, place block on cutting board. Cut the block into 1 cm thick strips from the top of the block to the bottom (not from side to side). Take strips and throw in a pan on the stove, fry till still tender but not soggy, DO NOT LET IT OVERCOOK!!!
