I've got a Tippman A-5 with an EGrip and I love it. THe only complaint I have is that its loud and has a lot of kick.

Can anyone make any recommendations on how to reduce some of the kick and the volume.

Here is my marker setup

A-5
EGrip
Double Trigger
14" Progressive Barrel
Bottom Line Adaptor
Adjustable Drop Forward
72/3000 Pure NRG HPA Tank

yea it will^

also they only real "kick" it has is when its using full auto for long strings of fire, and i think thats kinda cool.

Also idk if u want one cause ur gun set up seems kinda speedballish but a stock DOES help keep it more controlable when it seems to be recoiling. and since u have a drop u already cant use ur tank to help controll it so thats why ur gun seems to have a lot of kick. U either need the LPK, or a decent stock. (folding would be fine.)

nah man progressives are real quiet, not silent but quieter than most barrels. Also keep in mind LPK's are expensive. So are stocks, but a LPK can get to $50-$60 more expensive than a decent stock. But a LPK will also keep your gun lighter, maintain the speedball look, cost u a little more money, but will alow ur gun to run on low pressure. (Not really necesary but ok)
