what would be a good psi gauge to use to measure the outut pressure of a co2 tank? what pressure are they usually filled to?

CO2 tanks are filled with liquid CO2. The liquid evaporates and creates the pressure. Pressure is dependent on temperature. Not at all on volume. So as long as there is liquid, evaporating into a gas, the pressure will be consistant at around 800psi.
So a guage will not show the remaining CO2. It will hold constant untill 1 shot before it runs out.

oh ok i kind of thought about that but im not an expert on how the pressure stuff works. is there way other than weighing it to see how much is left in the tank?
