I've been milling and I went a bit too deep should I just mill it down until the rest matches or let it sit? It's not too deep. I'd say a 1/16-1/8(if that) of an inch.
It's like a first time dremel mistake....

Dont mill it to match.
Just bondo up the first mistake, and forget about it.

If you are milling for like fabrication if you are making something, you could get some filler rod and weld up the low spot. Then just sand it down. If it is a little area, bondo is not the way to go. Bondo will get everywhere and cause a mess.
If you do go down that road and do some sanding, wear a mask.

JB Weld works really great for filling mistakes. I filled several overcuts on my 98, and even a hole I drilled in the wrong place venting my 98 custom. Easy to work with after it dries, and is permanant.
Bondo is just as good, but you have to buy a whole quart. Not very practical when you only need a teaspoon size mix of epoxy.
