Well, although fireworks arent banned in Hawaii, I cant shoot them off tomarrow. On Long ISland acouple of years ago a guy had a bunch of mortars and he lit one and it didnt shoot , so lik an idiot he goes over looks in and it blew off most of his head. -------------
