I need some advice on how to make my marker as realistic as possible.  I have a 98 commando and i need to know how to mount a magazine on it and make it overall more like an m16 m4.

98's really arent very well suited for M4 conversions. Honestly, i think they look awful.

At least hacksaw off the foregrip and file the letters off the reciever. That goes a long way.

machine a mag well out of steel strap, then get a mag from a gun store, both the two together, and then bolt the mag well behind the grip in front of the trigger - requires drilling the reciever.  but it will look awesome, remember there is no space b/t the trigger assembly  and the mag well on any in the M16 family. takes about an hour, a grinder and a drill.

john.

There's nothing wrong with running a good hopper on any gun.  Maybe he has more than one gun.  I have an Egg z now and wish I woulod have bought a Halo or Reloader.

Wow you are the noob, we'll be the ones laughing when you upgrade and you have to buy a halo B anyways. Now at least when this guy upgrades he will already have a hopper.

Umm my friend has a tippmann 98 custom and he gets these plastic cover kit things that just go right over the paintball gun and the kits are to make the paintball gun look like a real gun so it's pretty kewl, i'm not sure where he gets it but I could try to find out.

http://www.opsgear.com - http://www.opsgear.com has some kits, but it gets really expensive, I don't think it's a good idea to spend $350 on cosmetics.

I have used this site many times. They are awesome. Get creative and use a real stock, if you want it to look real.

http://www.cdnninvestments.com/stocgripcols.html - http://www.cdnninvestments.com/stocgripcols.html

Call them, they have M-4 stuff. Not everything is on the website. For instance, their catalouge just came in and it has in the AR-15 section:

Tactical rail mount, Bipod, heavy bipod, laser sight, picatinny vertical grip, picatinny forearm rails, delta type mount, flat top conversion, carry handle mount, accu-wedge reciever pin, black night sling, match rear sight, many types of mags. Uppers and lowers - recieverless, 4-position AR Stock, M-4 style 6-position, Flat top carry handle, M4 handguards... to name a few.

-------------
Think and give them all you have from the beginning, and never weaken!
