Ok, I'm a Fox News Fanatic(well except 'On the record', that show
sux)... I know that doesn't say alot about me, but latley I've been
hating EVERY news channel All they keep talking about is that Stupid
Girl that got lost in Auruba... This is what I dont get... Why her? Why does America love listening to that for so  long?! Is it because She is under 5'6 and has blonde hair? I mean this happens EVERYDAY. Ok, enough venting. -------------

The way i see it. Somewhere along the line, it was her fault. She should have been staying with her friends, she shouldnt have been drinking, i know the drinking age is 18 there, but she was obviously still a stupid kid in many ways. Thats why our drinking age is so high, because people in the US dont know how to drink properly. She went off with some guy she hardly knew and didnt tell anyone. She did all this while in a foreign country wich she knew nothing about. Shes just a silly little kid, and she got hurt because she let her guard down. Heh, shes 18 and she disapeared on a graduation trip with her parents.
She problably just wanted to get away form her parents and party, but
then she got murdered. Oh well.

This is way parents shouldnt let their teenagers go to a different countries to get drunk while being unsupervised and horny. I dont really feel bad for her. It is her own fault. -------------

I think this kid they have in custody, will be let free. He is the son of a judge and no body is in sight. If this kid keeps to his story and has a good lawyer, he will get off. That's exactly why. It appeals to the masses....of white people. Plus her husband was an easy target. People didn't know anything about the case but because of the media they all "knew" he was guilty. |

It is not the race that is getting her publicity, its the droves of people that have gone to aruba to help in the search, this is a missing girl in another country, millions of kids go to aruba for graduation, parents are worried this could happen to them. You're pretty close on that one. He was the last one that received any sort of publicity lasting longer than a few days. Mostly because it revolved around a hate crime. |

It's very sad, even worse that the news stations actually follow that protocol; however, it still shows an inherent bias in making minorities feel as if their lives aren't worth as much. |

Because abortion is legal, at least when you go through the appropriate physicians. I think he might have gotten a charge of murder and a charge of illegal abortion of a fetus. Regardless of how I feel about the case, if he would have gotten two charges of murder that would have been wrongly handed down. |
