How long you have been playing. Haven't played yet.
Where you play. Listed above..but hopefully in Lakeland, Florida
What type of game you play. I want to play woodsball.
What do you already have on your gun. A lot..listed below.
How much money you have. None right now. Next paycheck in two weeks.
What gun you have! Tippmann 98C.
Okay, so this is what I have so far for my Tippy:
Flatline Barrel
Remote Line
12,16,20 Oz Co2 tank
Just got a Hopper: Ricochet 2k
Getting a V-Force ProVantage soon.
Some type of Diablo paints (2 bags sealed).
Small paintball half-finger gloves.
A 4+1 harness.
A backpack (I think that one is 6+1 also)
A Brass Eagle duffle bag.
Bottem Line kit.
Two carrying cases. (One was too small for the marker with the flatline so I bought another softcase which is a Utg)
I actually have two markers. The first one I bought was a 98 (not C)
which came with most of this stuff and a FL barrel, but I decided to
pay for a 98C and a new Flatline barrel. I want to fix up the 98 a bit
so I purchased 36 new stainless steel screws for it and a set of
9 new springs. And I may purchase a Starfire Venturi bolt for
both markers.
Anyone have info on the Starfire Venturi? I did a bit of research and only found good reviews on it. Anyways! ^.^
I really don't know how to install the new springs on the 98 marker,
but my boyfriend said that he would help me...which..um..I love him but
I'm not that trusting with it. Heh. Does anyone have any step-by-step
instructions on how to replace ALL of the springs? Also, I need
step-by-step instructions on how to take care of the velocity and all
with my new 98C. I've read some of the posts on this part and I
couldn't follow everything, eh..sorry.
Okay, last...is there anything else I should install onto my 98C, pros? ^.^
Thanks,
Robin

What type of game you play. Speedball
What do you already have on your gun. Same, listed below
How much money you have. Lots at my disposal
What gun you have! WDP A4 Fly
Okay, so this is what I have so far on mah Angel:
- Freak kit
- 68/4500 Conquest
- Reloader B
- CP Regulator
- Magnetic MT Trigger
- LP 4.0
And what I have for paintball in general:
- Proto pants, jersey
- C5 gloves
- VForce Profiler
- "Paintball "Bodybag"
- Empire Fastpack 3+4
- Dye Locklids
That more or less covers it.
Don't bother with aftermarket internals. Pretty much everyone here agrees with me, but if you want to try it out it shouldn't hurt anything.
Not sure on the springs; PM Triggerhappy1. He can be found in the Tech/maintenance section. He should know.
EDIT- After you play, evaluate weaknesses the gun has. Is it slow? Buy an RT or an E-Bolt. Is it inaccurate? Buy a new barrel. etc.

Mag-a-man and Proteus316 have great points. Play at least a couple of rounds first before buying alot of stuff. When i recently got my 98c, i bought lots of stuff i now dont use.

Boyfriend?
Also, there is an edit button.
There is no real reason to do anything to the flatline. Just clean it
with warm water. But dont get it wet when playing, otherwise you
might as well not even be shooting at anything.
Ventura bolt is crap, dont buy it.
