their career? It seems as if originally they had a different
singer, unless he completely changed his look?

You have to remember to include the "http://" in your URL, otherwise it'll only search the forum instead of the entire internet.

Apparently the screamer was a ploy by the record company. I don't
mind the music or the backup vocals, I just can't stand the lead singer
screaming and ruining any hope of the songs being listenable.

They are good. The lead singer has always been the same. I met them at a show here in CT back in march. Really good live show. I too prefer their old stuff to their new stuff. -------------

I have videos of them playing live, and in some the lead singer/screamer has long hair and looks nothing like the dude I have in the other videos. He also moves about the stage differently. And to Skillet: People need to listen to "real bands"....you sir, are a moron. ------------- |

I don't know. I don't really have much of a problem with music being so
full of variety rather being the same stuff over and over again. People
need to get over the fact that others have differing opinions and
