The barrel is worth it. Big Al's tent wasn't THAT bad, It was just like clark kent's sig. You sign a contract when you buy this barrel, you must never make a video, take a picture of it. You also may NEVER sell it. The barrel is incredible. I love mine so much. |

Yeah, I actually haven't owned one myself, but the talk of the contract I have heard as well. Honestly, I don't think the contract is even necessary, it's such an honor to even be considered to own one, I don't see how anyone would part with one once they obtained it, especially when it's basically the epitomy of a perfect barrel. You're either rocking the Super Chromium, or you're getting gogged by one. Those things are scary accurate! |

There is no way that there is a barrel that could be as accurate as you all claim for Three reasons. One of them beign that in the heat (anything above 75 degrees) paintballs swell up some which increases your chopping rate and decreeses your accuracy. another thing is that Co2 or even N2o are not perfectly consistant Co2 can have large spikes even with a nice reg and decrees your accuracy and N2o itself has spikes only N2o spikes are much smaller however still decrees your accuracy. And lastly since as you claim it is only for tippmanns you will have noticed that the front bolt even when firing can wooble alittle bit, if this did not happen you could only fire about 3bps because of all the friction So with the bolt woobling it will aslo decrees your accuracy. In conclusion a barrel is not the only thing that makes your gun accurate, you have to think about the weather paint to barrel sizing and trying to keep your Co2 or N2o as consistant as you can. Sorry for the long post -------------

Dude, you don't know WTF you're talking about! The front bolt does not wobble or affect accuracy, don't know ehre you got that from. You're right about co2 not being consistent, but there are steps you can take to minimize that....just because the air source is inconsistent is no reason to dis the barrel. In any situation on any gun setup, the Super Chromium will be more accurate. Period. The paintballs swelling is another good point, but it;'s actually for the Super Chromium! The SC's space-age construction and materials are the slickest on the market, so you really aren't gonna have to worry about borken balls, because this thing has such a slippery/slick inner bore that it's really impossible for a paintball to create any sort of friction in the barrel! Even if it's oversized. Thank you for your interest in the Super Chromium. |

Ok for those of you who dont understand <poopy>then I will explain to you what hybrid-sniper was saying about the barrel if heated at all say by the friction of a drill porting the barrel then the cromium is burned making it suck cause there would be rough burn spots in it making it a crappy barrel so they are all feeding you <poopy> and stop believing them <buh-bye> -------------

No, big al didnt make it. Most of you know he kept me in his underwear drawer for quite some time after the tent incident(I decided to do it now while I'm young then I won't have to do it when I'm plat)and I overheard him talking to the creator on the phone. Alright, first of all, no BigAl didn't not make it, the producer/manufacturer of the Super Chromium is unknown....secodnly, just because it is called the Super Chromium does not mean it is made solely from Chromium!
I'm pretty sure it is some hybrid alloy. For those saying it's fake: I must be fake then as well, because I was offered to go through the "ritual" to be able to purchase the barrel. The barrel is as real as you and I. |

There is at least one Super Chromium in Florida. When we play
on the weekends, I can feel its awesome presence from somewhere in the state. One day, whoever has it decided to shoot Hurricane Paintball Park, where I work. Paint rained down from the skies like colorful hail from God! We think it came from the northern part of the state, but we're not sure exactly. I hope someday I get to see one. Not own one, for I am not worthy of the glory that is the SC. Its part of my quest to become a platinum member! Why do you think I've been asking where OMHW is going nowadays?... my problem is even if i do get to platty and do get invited im broke... so i would have to see one in action becuz $711 is a lot to pay for something im not 100% is real. Dude, if and when you become platty, the Admin either PMs you, or you
PM him. From there, the Admin takes over and tells you when and where
to send the money, and when the barrel will get to your house. If you dont accept it then, your chance is gone. You only get one chance. I thought like you when I was a regular member, then I become a platty one day(on a glitch) but the admin didn't know that, he PM'd me with the info, and I got mine. Best thing that has ever happened to me. |
