Just for the moderators I am not advertising or selling my flatline on your forums I just want to know where TO sell it and for how much. Its a brand new Flatline A-5 with 0 balls to its record of shots fired. I'm gonna get a 12'' JJ ceramics to replace it which is like under half the price of the Flatline. i dont want to use Ebay because there's way too much competition there i want to sell this thing for like 100 bucks or so and my local paintball proshop won't work because i didnt buy the barrel from THEM

P.S. I'm not responsible for any forums about people wanting to buy my Flatline

Ebay.  That's where you'll get the best price.

Forum classifieds are where I go when I want to pay less.

Since one can buy a new in the box Flatline on Ebay for $115-$119 you are going to have to really look for someone wiling to pay $100 for one from an individual.

Do you know what you said? You said it sells for 115 on ebay and im asking 100 that means everyone would love to buy mine. Mine is brand new and worth 119 but im selling it for 100.

Those prices are from established stores, places that stand behind warranties and refund money or replace the barrel if there are problems. Put it up for bid. You might just get what you want. In general, an individual selling a "new in box, I swear it is brand new, never been used" is worth 25% less than the same product bought through those Ebay Stores. Also, if you have no history as a seller on Ebay, what you have to offer isn't looked at with as much trust as someone with 500 sales through Ebay.

Why don't you like ebay when you can get the most money out of your flatline there?

Posted By: HeadshotJester
Date Posted: 24 July 2005 at 11:13am
but i don't like shipping it out and all that ill just sell it locally. a lot easier and i can get the same price.

So you say you got the flatline in a package off of ebay? Why didn't you just buy a stock A-5 and upgrade it from there? I'm just saying because I don't know if you would be able to get $100 for it because you can buy it new for that price.

Date Posted: 24 July 2005 at 11:34am
if u read earlier inb this post the pacxkage i wanted came with it and if i would of bought everything like this without the package it would cost me like 600 instead of 500 and plus i can sell the flatline for to make it 400. so i saved money

Ok, I see now. If you play mainly speedball, why did you buy this package? This is a woodsball package and A-5's aren't the greatest speedball guns in the first place. You aren't going to need the flatline, stock, remote, and the harness. Maybe you should have done more research before jumping into buying a gun package. I always find it is best to play with your marker stock for a few months before upgrading. Sorry if I sound harsh in anything I say here.

If you like to play both speedball and woodsball you should keep your gun fairly neutral. You could keep the flatline and use it for woodsball and when you are playing speedball, use a JJ ceramic. You could take the stock and remote off when playing speedball. If you really want to sell the flatline, the JJ is also a very good barrel for both speed and woodsball. I also might suggest getting a good expansion chamber like the DOP X-core.
