I wanted to know how fast could you shoot through a flatline without breaking an extreme amount of balls. Would you be able to go the full 15bps or would you have to shoot much slower and turn the bps down?

The barrel has nothing to do with chopping paint. If you chop you need a faster hopper. Chopping is when the bolt "chops" a paintball in half because it is not fully loaded in the breech. Speed shouldn't make a difference either. All it would do is hinder accuracy depending on the balls, because if your shooting too fast they will rise up from too much backspin. As long as your using decent paint it shouldn't have any problems going at higher speeds. I have both an Response Trigger and a Flatline on my 98 Custom, and it does not have a barrel break problem.
