| ive heard that screwing the bottom hex (on the reg) all the in gets the pressure to 0, but i'm gassing it up for the first time and i don't wanna risk the noid. Is that true that screwing in the lower part of the regulater farther in DECREASES velocity? |

Ions should be set at their correct operating pressure right out of the box. They are test fired when assembled.
