i just bought a response trigger and installed it on my 98 custom and it didnt seem to be working. i took the wire off on the outside of the gun and notice that that the black valve had no hole in it?? that means that there is no air goin through the black wire. does anybody have any ideas on what i should do? What do you mean by the black valve? If you mean the powertube (read the stickies at the top of this forum for the correct names for parts), you have to put the r/t powertube in. Didn't it come with a manual?
FYI, it's not a wire, it's an air hose.  ------------- Is God real? You'll find out when you die.
