| Well Im going for the 360 but I will probably end up getting the PS3 too. Remember the vids for the 360 arent accurate, the demos were running 1/3 power at E3. |

i will be getting the ps3, and id probably eventually get the revolution.

I don't deal with crashing or hardware conflicts. I also have, in about five years, spent about as much on games and the actual console as it costs to build ONE gaming machine, which needs to be upgraded at least every other year. |

ps3 definatly I can't stand the funky controllers that nintendo and
xbox use. I know people have equal complants about PS controllers, but
I guess I have been adapted to them.

They aren't using those, they already got hit with a lawsuit from some third party manufacturer about how the shape is like one they make/made. |

Also, I do have a kick computer I
custom built and I have played some great games on it, which are
cheaper and usually better graphics, but I personally would prefer to
use the separate machine which is designed for games so I don't have to
deal with all the annoying patch downloads, punkbuster downloads, and
not to mention the occasional crash (which is not my computer)

Because you pay 300 dollars for them and we don't have 1-2 grand to blow on a gaming pc (some don't). I have both because they both have their ups and downs. As of right now PC games are superior graphic wise, but that will probbally change for a while with these new consoles. I will probbally get an Xbox 360 and eventually a Revolution. I paid 500 dollars for my Ps2 to get it at launch and I don't want to pay that much again. Also, who needs 7 controller ports and the ability to use dual hdtvs? Who has 2 hdtvs next to eachother? I sold my Ps2 the other day and bought a Gamecube and I love it. I'm officially a Nintendo fanboy again. -------------

first, halo, halo 2 and halo 3...(if it will be able to play halo) new controllers, hecka better graphics then the PS3, and it comes with xbox live, gold or platnume....free i think....im not sure, but its going to be as fast as the fastest comeputer in the world (microsoft says, im not to sure about that though) and hecka better games then the PS3....................and if i could i would buy the Revolution to, cause im a huge fan of the xbox and gamecube ------------- http://imageshack.us">

| Why not just buy an N64 for GoldenEye? I have one laying around that I never use. I just bought an Xbox because I was getting tired of the gamecube and its short list of games. There isn't even an NCAA 2006 for the gamecube coming out. I will probably buy the 360 to go along with the Xbox I just bought. |

| You could probably buy Goldeneye 64 for about 50 cents these days. I guess you are right about getting the new games and everything. You just said you would get the revolution just for goldeneye and whats the point if you only want one game. Hopefully it will have online capabilities. |

All three are pretty much equal when it comes it gaming. What will decide it for me is exclusive titles and online support. I am not attached to any particular system yet. But I will likely buy whichever has the next GTA. ------------- |

I was disappointed with the gamecube. Not in the system itself, but in the lack of games and 3rd party support. Every game Nintendo makes has to have a Nintendo character in it it seems like. There aren't many regular games or ones specifically designed for people other than kids. |

360 is going to do the exact same thing PS2 did to XBOX when Xbox came out. Every one will already have a 360, even if they say they willl be loyal to PS2, because all there friends will have it and they wont want to be left out. Then when PS2 comes out every will already have spent 300 hundred dollars and wont want to spend a nother 300 dollars. Besides, the 360 could kick the |
