i just bought an 04 speed from my cousin, it came with a delrin trigger, a system x asa on/off, a cp rail, a clamp feedneck, a dye volumizer, and a 2 peice ultralight.

i dont really know what alot of that means, this is my first speedball gun (just joined a team). Could some one please explain those things, and also give me some ideas of what else i should put on it.

thanks

How much money do you have?

First, a LP tank and a fast hopper. Some people have trouble using a Halo or Reloader B on a speed, some dont.

Then, Pick up the A4 soft face bolt. Its only 20$ and is the greatest thing ever .

What ^^ he said. All you need to do to use a Halo or Reloader B are fresh ball detents.
Sometimes the force feed loaders tend to push balls through the angel detents, causing misfeeds and/or chops.

If you can afford it, try for a Fly conversion. Really sweet. If not, go for the SF bolt and a good hopper like cda said. You already have a kickin' gun; not much else to do with it.

Any questions? Just ask cda, Glassjaw, or me. There are other Angel owners on here; but those are the only three I can think of for sure right now.

Delrin trigger- An aftermarket trigger presumably, made of Delrin, a high strength composite.

System X on/off/ASA- Your ASA. You xscrew your tank into is, and you can turn the gas on and off.

Rail- What your ASA rides on. The rail is what is attatched to the grip frame.

Clamping feedneck- This holds your Hopper in place.

Volumizer- Lowers operating pressure of the gun, resulting in less kick but slightly lower gas efficiency. It'ss not a big enough hit to take the "Volly" off, though.

Ultralite- An excellent barrel made by Dye

Sorry for the double post.

Its not that the halo/reloader pushes the ball pass the denets, its that the halo/reloader push the ball into the breech so hard, the ball breaks on the sensi rod. Thus, breaking the ball before you even pull the trigger.

And yes, Do what HS said. Fly conversion is an incrediable thing. Theres also the predator conversion, which is also good.

My friend was able to run his old speed on a Egg very well.

The fly conversion is about 400$. Totally worth it.
