I see that they have listed the Cyclone feed attachment for the 98C, but I can't seem to find where they are selling them except one guy on ebay.
Has anyone else ordered one? where did you get it?

If you look at that link...they are OUT OF STOCK. Tippmann hasn't released them yet. Action villiage just puts things on their site before they're avaliable to get ahead of the competition.

i dont think that tippmann should make the cyclone for the 98 i think its a trademark of the A5 i like how the 98 is like a rifle. thats just my opion though

I knew I shouldn't have opened my big mouth Don't worry I will soon have one. The cyclone feed was the only reason I regreted not getting the A-5, so this thing will be great. It's to my understanding it fits with the flatline barrel on...please tell me i'm correct.

Dont bother! You can shoot faster with an electro hopper and the proper ups. I cant tell you how many cyclones I went through on my fully uped A-5, I allways said the cyclone was the weak part of my A-5.

What if I don't want to shoot faster than the cyclone? It is perfect for me then.

Date Posted: 29 July 2005 at 10:34am
Thats the way I see it...I don't need to shoot 17bps, I just want consistancy

Cyclone breaks and uses some air, hence the airhog A-5. These are the downfalls compaired to say a Halo or Empire loader.

But hey it's your marker and if you really want a cyclone then go for it. Hope it works out for ya.

If it did have problems I don't think they would make them to add to another one of their workhorse guns (98C) with out making any corrections needed.

well i bought one and have it set in and with my flatline it seems to be a little diffacult to un hook it but it all works still havent choped a ball yet  shot 7balls per second without R.T or e grip so it loads fast and i cant relly tell the diffrance with it and having the x chamber seems to help it some

Posted By: 98Cussssssstam
Date Posted: 29 July 2005 at 2:19pm
as far as using alot of air i cant relly tell the diffrance

Thats great I glad someone got it installed on the flatline, I was worried I would have problems, or it wouldn't fit like everything else when you have a flatline...can't wait for mine to arrive the ebay guy seems great he already sent me tracking info on it. I see there is am=nother guy selling it also on there for $49, but his shipping is $10 ups ground...so its the same price with crappy shipping.

I don't like the Cyclone.  It's preference, but I'd take a good used Halo or other great loader over the Cyclone.  Maybe the Ricochet Apache.  I believe it's too big and overpriced.  Just my .02.
