So, I've just had an
interesting discussion, which resulted in me being called a female
reproductive organ/ first part of <insert word> cat. The discusson was fear, what are you greatest fears? Mine are: Being indecisive in times of necessity Being alone. Water (seriously, don't laugh at me) Hypodermic needles. -------------

Dammit... no, it's more of a large bodies of water thing, I can shower, or go into a cave with a bit of water, or wade in a little bit, but after it's at my waist, I feel like it's eating me, then I proceed to freak out, scream like a little girl and run from it, then sit somewhere and hyper-ventilate... -------------

Being in really small spaces, like today when I had to climb into a
crowded trunk going through the back seats and had to pull out 2 scuba
tanks and 30lbs on weights. I was the only one who fit into the
trunk. I was always scared of being outside in the dark, but going scuba diving at night seemed to make that go away. I always feared being alone in my house at night until I discovered where our firearms were kept. I've never liked being in "bad" parts of town, the shoulder on the highway, or gas stations at night. A new fear I have is passing out while diving. Another is my BCD inflating and making me rocket to the surface, the BCD would explode as it went up. |

I'm slightly scared of the dark and of small places. I also don't
like not being able to move my body, AKA buried in sand. I was
afraid of heights but not so much anymore as I almost fell from like 2
storys up at work which seemed to make that go away a little.

If your BCD blew up near the surface, you could always drop the vest with the quick relsease buckles... That and you would get the bends. Ouch. -------------

I'm guessing you are a diver or know one? But think about it, You have so many things to undo before you can take it off, and as soon as you do you are gonna fall strait to the bottom again. Now I know that all 3 emergency air valves and the main one and the inflator button would have to fail simultaniously, but it could happen. |

I anint really afraid of mutch. I guess im afraid kinda of hights (BUT I LOVE FLYING AND STUFF just hate walking near the edge of high buildingds or hills or ESPECIALLY tall ladders. But other than that i figure i gona die on way or another so i may as wll go out haveing fun. Heights used to bother me, but ever since I started changing the spot lights in Church which requires climbing up a 55ft. ladder on the outside of the church in the back it really hasen't bothered me. Just gotta be careful and know not to step of the catwalk or your going through the cieling. I don't like Spiders (phew, almost spelt it Spyder) Tight spaces don't bother me, but I have to be able to move all limbs and stand up. Im not afraid of the dark, or run down areas, im afraid of the people in some of these areas. The school I work at was broken in one night, and I don't like being there at night alone on the top floor with the nearest person four floors below where they can't hear me. -------------

I have a horror story about shots.
I was getting a shot and i was looking away and the nurse stuck me without telling me, I pull back and the syringe is still in my arm.. stuck. But for fear.. it has to be rejection... *cough* -------------

Being trapped in small spaces. Being blind. My house being taken over by little evil orc type things (when I was about 9 or 10 I saw an episode of Tales from the Crypt where this guy was in Alaska and these orc/golbin things chased him).

The only thing I can possibly think o....
Something coming at me that I cannot dodge. Such as something sharp, or something with enough force to cause serious harm... this comes from being stabbed in the head by a flying mop handle...logn sotry...cracked over a telephone pole..came flying in a circular motion at me...couldnt move....in the head...blood everywhere  ------------- Sig is WAY too big. |
