You have lackofgrammeritis, the back freezing sensation is a common symptom of this disese. You see, in the brain, the part with the capacity to handle grammer and the english language is located over the mouth and the sensation caused by a cold substence touching this sensitive part is known as "brain freeze". Now in your case this section is missing and as a result, pain which should occur in this segment of the brain cannot and is transfered to your lower back instead, right above the organ where the grammer you use is conceived.
