Well I put some stickers on my wide mouthed 1L and am thinking of
putting some on this narrow mouthed 500ml. They are to become my
project nalgenes since I just got a wide mouthed 500ml and a narrow
mouthed 1 L (both the traditional grey with blue top).
If anyone else has nalgenes, post 'em. How bout some input on what i should stick on them?

Indeed they do.
People look at me funny sometimes because I usually don't go far without my nalgene or my bible, dead serious.
The deciples mark would be nice, i'll print one off in the graphics lab sometime this year.

For some reason at college, people think it's required for you to have one of those hanging off of your backpack and to be listening to an ipod (no other mp3 player is accpetable) 24/7. Tools.

Yeah, I had a green University of Calgary one, but it got jacked at a volleyball game. I've got 2 smaller blueish ones from the workers compensation board (won them at a trade show)

They are usually made of Lexan, making them indestructable. I
like them for hiking and camping, but I dont see why you would need
them for everyday use.

You need water to survive, this keeps it at hand, and they are, like you said, indistructable. Theirfore you can use them for everything!!!!
I bike a lot so I got a camel back (striker version, great for hunting biking and of course, paintball) with a 100 oz resivior (sp?). But I still carry 2 of the 1L on their. Long trips in hot summer sun = much water. They are great backups and I use them everytime. I like to put bumper stickers on mine. My favorite. "Don't steal the government hates competition."

I like them, I dont see why you wouldnt...
I saw tests of them, and they dipped them in liquid nitrogen and hit them with a hammer, didnt break. Took a propane torch to them and hit it with a hammer, only a slight dent, no breakage. Put a board on it, rand the board over with a full size truck, it squished almost flat, then went back to its normal shape no weaker. Threw them off a tall building, and bounced (one of the full ones cracked )

You underestimate the power of the Nalgene...
I have the Striker version Camel back, desinged for hunting and day hikeing, and I upgraded it with a 100 oz resivior (sp?). But I still carry 2 of the 1L on their as quick back ups incase my water goes low before I reach a refill point, and 50% of the time I tap at least one of them. Useually I use them biking (6 hour and 8 hour rides and much time passes before finding a place to refill). Also for paintball. When that CamelBack runs dry, my nalgene's are plenty to hold off with until I reach a place to refill. So ha! Nalgene is supream rular!!!!

I think I'm confused or something. You mean you drink water all the time? And when you doing lots of physical activities, burning up all you bodys water suply, this is a bad thing? Thats what I got out of your post. Could be wrong.

^^ To DBibeau855 I get ya now! And thats because they don't know how to conserve. Just a little sip every 10 to 15 minutes is all you need for most activities. I judge by when my mouth and throat get really dry. That generly spaces me out 10 to 15, maybe 20 if I'm not doing a lot. This means a 100 oz should last about 24+ hours.
When I'm biking though, and especially during the summer, I drink a lot more, about a sip every 5 minutes. Generally, at this rate, water lasts me about 7 hours. And as I said, I like to take 6 to 8+ hour rides.
